Our students Keronea Kryeziu, Qamile Dellova, Eda Dida and Hira Kazazi spent four days in wintry Berlin from 28.11. to 02.12.2023 working on the topic of "Media". The activities included various international workshops and simulation games on topics such as "Fake News + Fact Checking" or creating their own news and preparing it for publication. The students came not only from European countries but also from far away, e.g. from Namibia and Mexico.
There were also appointments at the German Bundestag and the Federal Foreign Office.
"It was a lot of fun, we learned a lot, improved our German and made international friends for life," was the unanimous opinion of Qamile, Eda, Hira and Keronea.
The project was financed, organized and carried out by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany in cooperation with the ZfA (Central Agency for Schools Abroad) of the GIZ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and DW (Deutsche Welle).
Our students were accompanied by our colleague Martin Häusler.
