Planners and implementers
We know that no institution can run well without clear structures. Members of our management team understand their role as one of planning, providing ideas, and of implementing those ideas, working together towards a common goal.
Although each has taken responsibility for one of the various departments, we assess our achievements together and share the task of suggesting and planning promising strategies for future success. Teachers and tutors, parents, pupils and administrators, and also friends and sponsors are our partners in this process of seeking in everything the greater good.
